The farmhouse shop offers a nice selection of fresh produce and essentials, making it convenient for snacks or meals. The ambiance around the property feels cozy and inviting, and having a warm pod to retreat to is a real plus after a day of exploring.
Facilities felt more like a notch above glamping than a genuine 4-star experience. we stayed in a one-bedroom cottage that wasn’t particularly well-maintained. The spa area, especially the pool, was disappointing—cold water and visible debris made for an unappealing swim. The steam room’s extra charge felt unnecessary given its lackluster performance. Small bugs were a nuisance inside the cottage, hinting that cleaning could use a more thorough approach, especially in the nooks and crannies. Some amenities didn’t work properly, like the electric stove and the towel rail, which detracted from the overall comfort.

i stayed in the glamping pod and had the best time ever! the cozy setting was perfect, and being steps away from glastonbury tor was so chill. loved having my own little porch to relax and the beautiful views made everything more special. also, the walking paths around the place are stunning and really great for exploring the area.
the only thing that could be better is maybe more time to enjoy the bbq, and the internet was kinda spotty at times.

The Middlewick ace café had the finest homemade goodies, especially the delicious local breakfast at the farm shop! Plus, I loved taking a morning dip in the pool, a lovely way to start the day. The adult-only swim sessions were a real treat too!

great location but small bathroom
The setting near apple trees is peaceful and adds charm. The kitchen had every utensil I needed for self catering, making my stay comfortable.
The bathroom was smaller than expected.

The cottage was fabulous, very clean and spacious with stunning views of Somerset and The Tor. The pool was a hit with my children, and the area provided endless opportunities for walks with my dogs. The only downside was occasional noise from nearby guests, and the limited food options in the cafe, but the tranquil setting made up for it. I will definitely return!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We enjoyed hiking and cycling during the Beltane celebrations and loved relaxing in our cottage. The rooms were clean, and the nearby farm shop offered delicious local produce. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return for longer!
The reception was closed when we arrived, which delayed our access to the cottage.

I just returned from Middlewick in Glastonbury, and I have mixed feelings. The setting is simply stunning, surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside. My accommodation, the Glamping Pod, was cozy and comfortable with a great layout. Having my little porch was a huge plus for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The farm shop on site had fresh local produce and delicious vegan options, which I loved. A short drive to Glastonbury town made exploring easy. The pool was a nice touch, although it could use some more upkeep. it was cold and not very clean. The sauna had a damp smell which was off-putting. WiFi was spotty at times too, which made planning our days a bit tricky. I had a great time enjoying nature and the peaceful vibe, but some aspects like the pool and mobile connectivity definitely could be better.
